Each app has one job and one main screen. Open an app, or open a branch or a person and see every app for them. Every screen below shows the same example business in the same week: Northlight Studio, a 23-person agency with three offices.
The owner's score screen. One number for the business, one per branch, one per person. Green, amber, red. Tap any number to see the proof behind it.
Type the work the way you would say it. Person, time and proof are picked up by fixed rules. See it as a list, a board or a calendar, with a trail of what happened.
Repeating routines for a shift or a person. Each line asks for its own proof: a tick, a number with limits, a photo, a file, a line of text or a pick from a list.
Anyone raises a problem, with a photo if they want. It gets a person, a fix-by time, a cost and a note on what was done. A problem that keeps coming back is flagged.
A feed of proof waiting for the manager. Fixed checks run first: file attached, sent before the due time, number within limit. Approve or send back.
The note from one shift to the next fills itself with open problems, unfinished work and failed lines. Two confirmations, each with its time: given by, taken by.
Audits with sections and weights. With the switch on, every lost point becomes a Problem by itself. The report prints, or saves as a PDF from the print window.
Every laptop, camera and machine gets a printed QR sticker. Scanning it opens a page with one button to report a breakdown. Service dates, breakdown history and repair cost are kept for each asset.
For work outside your office. Location is taken once when the person taps Reached and once at Left, if they allow it. Photos and a signature drawn by the person visited can be added. Nobody is tracked in between.
Staff ask for material from their own link. Managers approve up to a limit, the rest comes to you. You see who asked, who approved and whether it arrived.
Any register you keep on paper, as a sheet filled from a phone. Put a limit on a column and a bad number raises a Problem. Every changed cell keeps its history.
| Office | Clients | Deliveries | Late |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ahmedabad | 9 | 14 | 1 |
| Surat | 6 | 9 | 3, above the limit of 2 |
| Vadodara | 4 | 6 | 0 |
One list of every licence, contract and insurance date, with reminders before each one. You enter the dates; the list makes sure none slips past.
People, branches, shifts and roles. Paste many people at once. The reminder rules and a log of every edit live here.
A selfie punch from the person’s own link. The location at that moment is marked inside or outside the branch. Late and absent are flagged, and the manager is told when someone has not punched.
The weekly shift grid. It warns you when a shift is short, handles swap requests, and makes a message of the week for each person, which the manager shares.
Staff ask for leave from their phone. The manager sees the balance and whether the shift is covered before saying yes.
A lesson is a short video and up to 5 questions. New joiners are given lessons day by day, and a rule can give a lesson again when a task is missed twice.
Say it once to everyone, one branch or chosen people. See the count of who tapped “I understood”, and remind the rest.
Points by fixed, visible rules: on time, late, missed. One sheet per month that you lock. Every number opens the work behind it.
The petty cash book. No bill photo, no entry. The box balance is checked against the cash count.
A link or a QR code opens one page for your client or customer. An unhappy tap becomes a Problem for the right manager straight away.
Plain rules that join the apps together. Each one is a fixed condition you can read. Nothing here guesses.
Scorecards by branch and by person, a chart of the last 7 days, the work missed most often, and reports made ready on a day you choose. Each one exports as a CSV file and prints.
Pick your industry and get working checklists on day one. Open any of them, change the lines to fit, and add it to a branch.
No setup fee. No charge per branch.
