Around the medical work in a clinic, a hospital or a lab there is a second layer that keeps the place running: cleaning rounds, equipment checks, the front desk, supplies. Task Bundals is for that support work, and it holds no patient records. The ready Clinic and hospital pack is not written yet, and this page says plainly what works today without it.
Four packs are ready: Office and agency, Restaurant, Retail shop and Manufacturing. Clinic and hospital is one of eight that are listed as coming. There is no date, and nothing in it can be added to a branch yet.
Nothing is written for this pack yet. These are the lists planned for it.
They were written for an office, so change the lines to fit: the “server room” may be your records room, and “client files” should become whatever must be locked away at night.
The person who runs the building wants to know two things: is the place kept the way it should be, and is any paper about to expire. A round can be scored section by section, and every date you type in gets a note before it falls due.
A round can be scored. Sections carry weights that add up to 100, and the report compares this round with the last one for the same branch.
One list of the dates that must not slip: licences, contracts, insurance. You type every date yourself and confirm it with whoever issued the paper.
A housekeeper or an attendant installs nothing. The link opens one page with one list.
A group with more than one clinic adds each as a branch. The person in charge of a site sees only that site’s people and work. The owner sees every site as a number, with what is done, late and stuck behind it.
See all 24 appsTask Bundals is not hospital software, and it is not a way to meet any rule by itself. It records that support work was given, done and checked.
No setup fee. No charge per branch.
