A kitchen opens and closes every day whether the owner is there or not. The gas valve, the temperature of the cold store, the hand wash station, the cash at night: each is a small line that somebody says they did. Task Bundals asks for a photo or a number on the lines that matter, so a tick is not the only thing you have.
This is the whole Restaurant pack as it is written in the Library today: opening, closing, a temperature log with limits, a cleaning rota with a photo per area, a staff hygiene check, and a list for receiving vegetables and stock. It suits a restaurant, a cafe or a cloud kitchen.
A cook or a steward installs nothing. Before each list is due, the manager shares its link in a message, and the page has big buttons that work on any phone.
The manager does not walk the kitchen with a clipboard. They open the lists that came in, see the lines that failed, and give each problem to a person with a time to fix it by. The weekly grid says who opens and who closes.
A gas smell, a fridge that is warm, a tap that leaks. A problem gets a person and a fix-by time, and one that keeps coming back is flagged.
Opening and closing lists go to a shift. The weekly grid shows who is on which shift and warns you when a shift is short.
This is not the system that takes orders or prints the bill. It is the part around it: the routines, the proof and the follow-up.
