School pack, coming

A task app for schools: for the office that runs the campus.

A school, a coaching class or a college has a second timetable that nobody prints: the admin office, the support staff, the events, the repairs. That work runs on phone calls and paper slips. Task Bundals is for that staff work, not for students or parents. The ready School pack is not written yet, and this page says plainly what works today without it.

Where the pack stands

The School pack is coming.

Four packs are ready: Office and agency, Restaurant, Retail shop and Manufacturing. School is one of eight that are listed as coming. There is no date, and nothing in it can be added to a branch yet.

What works today. Giving work in one line, proof back, the reminder ladder, notices, problems, and checklists you write yourself.
Two lists you can borrow. A school office is still an office. The opening check and the weekly computer and backup check from the Office and agency pack are shown below.
Each campus is a branch. The person in charge of one campus sees only that campus. The owner sees all of them.

An administrator’s day

Tell everyone once. Know who read it.

The principal’s office changes a timing or announces an event day. Instead of a circular that half the staff say they never saw, a notice goes to each person as a link with one button. Leave requests come in the same way, so the office knows who is away before the morning bell.

Tell all staff one thing, once: a timing change, an event day, a new rule. You see who tapped “I understood” and remind only the rest.

A staff member’s day

No app in the staff room.

A clerk, a lab assistant or a caretaker gets a message with a link. Nothing is installed and there is no password.

A piece of work. “Send the fee reminder list by 3 pm, file.” The person attaches the file on the link and presses done.
A notice. Read it, tap “I understood”. That is all.
A problem. A broken bench or a projector that will not start is reported from the work page and given to someone with a fix-by time.
For an event

Many small jobs, one date.

An annual day or a parent meeting is thirty small pieces of work with one deadline. Give each one to a name with a time. What is not done climbs: a reminder for the person comes up to be shared, then the person in charge is told, then the owner.

Plainly

What it does, and what it does not.

Task Bundals is not school management software. It has nothing for marks, fees or attendance of students.

What it does
Gives work to office and support staff in one line, with proof back.
Makes a notice for all staff, one link each, and shows who has understood it.
Runs a checklist you write for a round or a check, on the days you choose.
Keeps leave requests and the dates of contracts and insurance in one place.
What it does not do
There is no School pack yet. It is coming, and nothing is written for it.
It is not for students or parents. No marks, no fees, no admissions, no timetable.
It sends nothing to parents. Links go to your own staff.
It does not track a bus. A check is a list a person fills.

Questions schools ask

There is no date. It is listed as coming and nothing is written for it yet. This page shows only what works without it.
Yes. A checklist is a list of lines, and each line asks for one kind of proof: a tick, a number with limits, a photo, a file, a line of text, or one choice from a few. It can run every day, on chosen days of the week, or when you start it.
No. Your team installs nothing and needs no password. Each person gets a message with a link, and the link opens one page with big buttons.
No. Attendance, Leave, Expenses and Requests are records: who came, who asked, who approved, the bill photo. They do not calculate salary, keep accounts or pay anyone.
Not yet. Sign-up is not open, and the Start free page says so. Until it opens you can read how it works and look at every app on the apps page, or write to info@bundals.com.
