Audits, one of the 24 apps

An audit and inspection checklist app, scored out of 100.

A daily checklist asks whether the routine was done. An inspection asks how well a branch is run, and gives it a number you can compare with last time. In Task Bundals you write the questions once as a format, score a branch against it, and every point lost can become a problem with a person and a fix-by time.

One audit

A score, and what lost the points.

The finished audit shows the total, each section against its weight, and the change from the audit before it at the same branch.

Audits

A finished audit: a score out of 100, each section against its weight, and the change from the audit before.

Problems

If the format has the switch on, every question that lost points becomes a problem when the audit is finished.

Writing a format

Your questions, your weights.

A format is the inspection sheet. The owner writes it once, under “Audit formats”, and it is used for every branch.

Sections. Each section has a name and a weight. The weights must add up to 100.
Questions. Typed one on each line under their section.
Two ways to score. Per section you choose “Yes, partly or no”, or a number from 0 to a highest score.
The same sum every time. A section’s score is its weight times the points earned over the points possible.
Doing an inspection

Score, note, photo, finish.

The owner or a manager presses “Start an audit”, picks the format, the branch and the day, and scores each question.

A note on each finding. A question that lost points opens a box for what was found, and “Add a photo”.
Finish. “Finish the audit” works only when every question has a score. A finished audit cannot be changed.
Findings to problems. If the format has the switch on, each question that lost points becomes a problem at that branch.
A report. “Report to print” opens a page you can print or save as a PDF.
Plainly

What it does, and what it does not.

It is your own inspection, scored the same way each time. It is not a certificate.

What it does
Scores an inspection out of 100 from sections with weights.
Takes a note and a photo on every question that lost points.
Compares each audit with the one before, for the same format and branch.
Turns findings into problems, if the format has that switch on.
What it does not do
It is not a statutory or certified audit. The questions are yours.
It does not know any law or standard. It adds up what a person scored.
A finished audit cannot be edited. That is on purpose.
It is filled in the portal by the owner or a manager, not from a staff link.

Questions about audits and inspections

Each section has a weight. A section’s score is its weight times the points earned over the points possible. The total is the sum of the sections, out of 100.
You choose per section: Yes, Partly or No, or a number from 0 to a highest score.
The owner. A manager can start an audit from a format that exists.
No. A finished audit cannot be changed. The next audit of the same format at that branch is compared with it.
