Notice for staff

Your employer uses Task Bundals to give work and to see that it is done. This short notice tells you what is kept about you and what you can ask for. Task Bundals is a product of Bundals Private Limited, a company in India.

What you do not need

You do not need to install an app or remember a password. You get a message from your manager with a link. The link opens one page for one piece of work.

The first time

The first time you open a work link, a short note tells you what is kept. You can tap to continue, or tap that you do not agree and talk to your manager. If you do not agree, nothing is saved for that visit.

What is kept about you

• Your name and phone number, so that work reaches you, and the job, branch, shift and language your employer entered.
• The work given to you, when it was due, and whether it was done on time.
• The proof you send: photos, files, links, numbers, the lines you tick and any note you write.
• A problem you report, and a photo if you add one.
• When you opened a link and when you sent your work.

Who can see it

Your manager and the owner of the business you work for. A manager sees only their own branch. Other businesses cannot see it. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Location

The work page and the checklist page do not take or track your location, and they say so on the page. If your employer uses the attendance or visits apps, your phone will ask to share your location at the moment you punch or tap. If you say no, the punch or the tap is still saved and is marked as having no location. You are not tracked at any other time.

What it does not do

It does not time you, record your screen, or follow you in the background. A person, your manager, looks at your work and approves it or sends it back with a note.

Where it is kept

We plan to host data in India. See the privacy policy for details.

Your choices

• You can ask for a copy of the data held about you.
• You can ask for something wrong to be corrected.
• You can ask for your data to be deleted when you leave, where the law allows.
• You can take back your consent. Talk to your manager about how work will reach you after that.

These rights come from Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
