Clinic and hospital pack, coming

A task app for clinics and hospitals: the rounds, written down.

Around the medical work in a clinic, a hospital or a lab there is a second layer that keeps the place running: cleaning rounds, equipment checks, the front desk, supplies. Task Bundals is for that support work, and it holds no patient records. The ready Clinic and hospital pack is not written yet, and this page says plainly what works today without it.

Where the pack stands

The Clinic and hospital pack is coming.

Four packs are ready: Office and agency, Restaurant, Retail shop and Manufacturing. Clinic and hospital is one of eight that are listed as coming. There is no date, and nothing in it can be added to a branch yet.

What works today. Giving work in one line, proof back, the reminder ladder, problems, scored rounds, and checklists you write yourself.
Two lists you can borrow. The front desk can start with the opening and closing checks from the Office and agency pack, shown below.
Your own rounds. A cleaning round or an equipment check is a checklist you write once, line by line, in your own words.

The front desk can start with these.

They were written for an office, so change the lines to fit: the “server room” may be your records room, and “client files” should become whatever must be locked away at night.

An administrator’s day

Score the round. Watch the dates.

The person who runs the building wants to know two things: is the place kept the way it should be, and is any paper about to expire. A round can be scored section by section, and every date you type in gets a note before it falls due.

A round can be scored. Sections carry weights that add up to 100, and the report compares this round with the last one for the same branch.

A staff member’s day

A list on the phone, not on the wall.

A housekeeper or an attendant installs nothing. The link opens one page with one list.

A round. Each line asks for what you chose: a tick, a photo of the area, or a number such as a fridge reading with limits you set.
A line left out. A must-do line that is skipped shows as failed to the person in charge.
Something broken. A problem is reported from the work page and given to a person with a fix-by time.
Photos. Take them of rooms and equipment only. Keep patients and their papers out of every photo.
Several sites

Each site is a branch.

A group with more than one clinic adds each as a branch. The person in charge of a site sees only that site’s people and work. The owner sees every site as a number, with what is done, late and stuck behind it.

Plainly

What it does, and what it does not.

Task Bundals is not hospital software, and it is not a way to meet any rule by itself. It records that support work was given, done and checked.

What it does
Gives work to non-medical and support staff in one line, with proof back.
Runs a checklist you write for a cleaning round or an equipment check.
Scores a round with sections and weights, and compares it with the last one.
Keeps the dates of licences and contracts that you enter, with a note before each one.
What it does not do
There is no Clinic and hospital pack yet. It is coming, and nothing is written for it.
It holds no patient records. Do not put patient details in a task or a photo.
It is not medical or compliance advice. It does not know what the law asks of you.
It books no appointments and bills nobody.

Questions clinics ask

There is no date. It is listed as coming and nothing is written for it yet. This page shows only what works without it.
Yes. A checklist is a list of lines, and each line asks for one kind of proof: a tick, a number with limits, a photo, a file, a line of text, or one choice from a few. It can run every day, on chosen days of the week, or when you start it.
They are examples. A number line has a lowest and a highest value, and you set both. The pack is a starting point, not legal or safety advice.
No. Location is asked for only at an attendance punch or a visit tap, and only if the person allows it. Nobody is tracked in the background, and the page says so.
Not yet. Sign-up is not open, and the Start free page says so. Until it opens you can read how it works and look at every app on the apps page, or write to info@bundals.com.
