A checklist on paper or in a chat group tells you that someone ticked it. It does not tell you the work was done. In Task Bundals each line of a daily checklist asks for its own proof, the list goes to a person on that shift, and a failed line can raise a problem by itself.
A tick is enough for “ad copy read once more”. A daily budget needs a number with limits. “Landing page opens on a phone” needs a photo. You choose the proof line by line, so the easy lines stay easy.
A routine with a due time. Each line asks for its own proof: a tick, a number with limits, a photo, a file, a line of text or a pick from a list.
Plain rules you can read. When a checklist line fails, a Problem is raised to the person you chose. Nothing here guesses.
A daily routine should not stop because one person is on leave. A checklist can be given to a shift, and it goes to a person who is on that shift that day. The manager shares the link.
If you want a list app for your own phone, this is the wrong product. Task Bundals is for an owner or a manager who gives the same routine to staff every day and wants proof that it happened.
The Library has packs of working checklists. An office starts with “Before a campaign goes live” and a month-end closing list. A restaurant starts with opening and closing checklists, a shop with a shop opening check and a cash counter close, a factory with a shift start machine check. Packs for four industries are ready and eight more are coming.
Pick your industry and start from a working checklist instead of a blank page. Open it, change the lines, and add it to an office.
A register you keep on paper, as a sheet filled from a phone. Put a limit on a column and a bad number raises a Problem.
