Work that repeats

A recurring task reminder app that asks for proof each time.

A reminder that only rings is easy to swipe away. In Task Bundals repeating work is given once, made again on its days, and each time it needs proof back. If it is not done, a ladder of reminders tells the person, then the manager, then the owner.

Two settings

How often it repeats. How it is chased.

The repeat is set on the piece of work. The reminder timings are set once for the whole business.

Setting a repeat

Give it once, get it every week.

You give the work in one line as usual, then open the form under it and choose how it repeats.

Two choices. “Every day”, or “Every week, on chosen days” with a tick box for each day.
Made on its day. Each day’s task is created on that day, with its own link, due time and proof.
Seen ahead. The Calendar view of Tasks shows repeating work on the days still to come.
Stopped in one place. Tasks, then Repeating, then Stop. Tasks already made stay as they are.
The reminders

Five steps, set in minutes.

Every piece of work, repeating or not, runs through the same ladder. A new account starts with the timings shown above, and the owner can change each one.

Before due. A reminder for the staff member.
At or after due. A second one, marked urgent.
Late. The manager is told, with a button to call, give more time or give the work to someone else.
Missed. The work is marked missed and the owner is told.
Missed again and again. It goes under “Needs you”.

Each step makes a note in the portal with a message ready to share. A manager shares it from their own number. Quiet hours hold every step until they end.

Plainly

What it does, and what it does not.

It is for work you give to other people again and again. It is not an alarm clock for yourself.

What it does
Makes the same work again every day, or every week on chosen days.
Creates each day’s task on its own day, with its own link and due time.
Runs the reminder ladder on it like on any other work.
Stops when you press Stop, and keeps the tasks already made.
What it does not do
It does not message staff by itself. A reminder is a note for the manager, with a share button.
It has no monthly or yearly repeat on a task today.
It is not a personal reminder list. It is for work you give to other people.
It does not claim a message was read. It records only that Share or Copy was pressed.

Questions about repeating work

Every day, or every week on the days you tick. There is no monthly choice in a task today.
Each day’s task is created on its own day and shows under Reminders with a share button. The manager shares it in a message from their own number.
Open Tasks, then Repeating, and press Stop on the row. Tasks already created stay as they are.
No. A reminder is a note for the manager with a ready message. The manager presses Share or Copy message.
